Am Computers maintain a "No Fix, No Fee" policy.

If the Engineer is unable to repair the equipment or machine, resolve or diagnose the problem after checking the equipment on arriving at the premises, then there will be no charge to the Customer. In this instance, the Engineer will advise the Customer on the appropriate next steps.

If the Engineer is able provide a solution but the Customer decides (for whatever reason) not to proceed then the Customer will be charged for the Engineer's time spent at the premises up to that point.

If the Engineer is only prevented from resolving a problem due to the Customer not having the necessary equipment or products available (product serial numbers, software disks, drivers, etc) then the Customer will be charged for the Engineer's time spent at the premises up to that point.

If the Engineer diagnoses a fault with the Customer's Internet Service Provider (ISP), even if the ISP denies any fault, then the Customer will be charged a reduced flat fee of £40.00.

These Business Practice Terms & Conditions apply only to home users.

Small Businesses

Am Computers (the Company) does not accept and hereby excludes any liability for loss or damage to the Client’s tangible or intangible property.

The Company shall have no liability to the Client for any of the losses or damage (whether such losses or damage were foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise) or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential loss or damage to the Client or any third party arising from any provision of services by the company to the Client whether arising from the negligence of the Company or otherwise.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
